The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan won to host the meeting of the Regional Committee for the Middle East at the World Tourism Organization in its 49th session, which will be held in 2023.
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said in a statement, Monday, that this victory came during the elections that were held today during the 48th meeting of the committee, which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt, with the participation of the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Hamidi Al-Fayez and the presence of the Jordanian Ambassador in Cairo Amjad Al-Adayleh, the embassy staff and Counselor Hisham Al-Abadi.
Minister Al-Fayez confirmed that Jordan will spare no effort for full and lasting coordination between all countries of the Middle East to advance the tourism industry and restore its recovery after the Corona pandemic, welcoming the representatives of countries from the members of the committee in their second country, Jordan.
